Mr. Bivins was the closing attorney for our land purchase a couple years ago. We had a contract to sell the property that just canceled after 4 extensions due to the fact that there are SEVERAL title issues. Mr. Bivins issued title insurance to us knowing that there were several unfiled deeds as well as a few other MAJOR title issues. We have now lost our sale and currently have an unmarketable title.
