I was supposed to purchase and close on a house with this law firm, the financing fell through due to items on the appraisal not being present in the house. This law firm ended up giving the seller the earnest money.

We closed on our property two years ago. The deed to the property was supposed to be changed so that previous restrictions were removed upon our purchase (there is no HOA, or county restrictions, just deed restrictions placed by the father of the previous owner). Our realtor had them double check the deed at closing. Despite this, the old deed was filed with restrictions so now our current building project is at a stand still due to improper filing of paperwork and we are sitting on land that we cannot use because of this. They have not returned our calls in weeks or given us any means as to how to remedy this situation. We did not hire them as our closing attorney, the previous landowner did.

Called about having my taxes adjusted. Was directed to my lender. Then was directed back to my closing attorney as they finalize the deal. No adjustment was made on the closing contract in reference to taxes unfortunately. 3 stars for getting the job done. Was there 45min or more..i was not offered any water on a steaming hot day but i asked And recieved a room temperature water bottle. As a buyer, alot of costs are included in my deal of which they also recieved funds. They had a large Styrofoam key that you could take a picture with. They didnt even point that out to me. My realtor did.thank god! Its a memorable moment. I wish W&G would have been more supportive.

I went there to close on my house I was there 15 to 20 minutes early our appointment was at 2:00 p.m. we didn't get seen till about 3:40 and some of the questions that they promised to answer never did get answered they were very polite and they were packed but other than that they handled it very well professionally and once we got into our closing it went quick
