is there a no-star rating or preferably a negative star rating? Take notes of discussions held. Do not provide any upfront money after the initial payment. If he says we will be in court in 45 days, make your payment after court. A credit card charge is highly recommended. One year from the charge/payment the customer can dispute the charge and request a refund. The sooner that you realize that they are no longer actively working on your case, get that
charge disputed and discharge/fire them as yourcounsel.
