My husband and I had a revocable trust in place, drawn up when we lived in another state. After we moved to Georgia we engaged Becki Campolito, a very experienced trust attorney, to amend our trust documents to be compliant with Georgia estate law.
Becki communicated promptly, clearly, and thoroughly the dimensions of our new directives. She helped us explore all the options available to us for planning our (modest) estate settlement. We now have refreshed wills, health care directives, powers of attorney, and of course, the trust itself.
As our children are living in different parts of the country, we wanted to make decisions easier for them - when our time arrives. Even though we had previously noted our intentions in our original trust, Becki was terrific in refreshing our wishes for our finances and health decisions.

Attorney Becki Campolito is part of ARAG, my legal insurance company, and we attend the same church. After months of delays on her part, I was happy to finally meet with her to have her help my family with a revocable trust. Unfortunately, Becki Campolito kept trying to have me sign a form stating I would pay a two thousand dollar attorney fee out of pocket for an upgrade to the trust even though ARAG kept confirming they would cover it. I emailed Becki Campolito asking her to state on the form that we will be responsible for whatever ARAG does not cover, and that I would be happy to sign that, but she refused. Instead, she told me she would not complete the trust for me because she doesn't make enough money from ARAG and it is not worth her time. This was an unfortunate experience, especially considering that ARAG has procedures for attorneys to request additional attorney fees be covered through them when needed.
