Worst experience!!! Please be cautious before signing up..

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Caroline Pineres law firm. I sought their services for Divorce and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the communication was extremely poor. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I rarely received timely responses to my emails and calls. This lack of communication left me feeling neglected and uninformed about the progress of my case.

Secondly, I felt the legal advice provided was not thorough. There were several instances where I had to point out critical details that were overlooked, which made me question the competence and attention to detail of the attorneys handling my case. In one incident the para legal had my name misspelled inspite of asking to correct it, which delayed the process and cost me more.

Lastly, the billing practices were unclear and seemed excessive. I was charged for the services that were not clearly explained or justified, leading to unexpected and significant costs.

Overall, my experience with Caroline Pineres law firm was highly unsatisfactory. I would not recommend their services to others based on my experience.

This team is what you need for your defense. They are very understanding and guide you through the entire legal process. They deliver the papers to the Court on time. They keep you informed of what is happening in the case and about terms of legal defense, the Lawyer Caroline is the best!
