Before I enter the building I can feel the peaceful vibrations. I see it in the people who greet me who are very kind . I love the meditations and the services . The messages are universal transcending all religions. The core message is that God/ Divine Mother/ Universal Spirit ( whatever name you resonate with) lives in us and all creation . We can access that through scientific techniques. My life has changed for the better following these teachings . I'm so thankful that there is a center near me .

I visited this place a few years ago and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this place. Wonderful place offering peaceful group meditations and the people there were super friendly, caring and kind.

If you are becoming spiritual, and seeking a sacred place to learn how to meditate, please come visit the srf family Thursday nights at 8 p.m. or Sundays at 11 a.m. .
