Attorney Council is FABULOUS!! I have been calling attorney offices trying to get advice on an urgent family matter and everyone needed to call back, make appointment weeks away, or pay an outrageous fee. But Attorney Council listened to me, heard my despair, and without hesitation, immediately helped me. Having empathy, she provided me with valuable guidance and her expertise on family law. No one wants to have legal issues with a family member but if you do, Attorney Council is the lawyer you need. She is compassionate and truly cares about the people in which she serves!!

I just called to receive some quick information. Before I could finish my sentence she quickly cut me off and rudely repeated that she does not do "free legal." I informed her I was jus calling around in search of a probate attorney and based off of my Google search she popped up. She then rudely let me know does she not offer probate services but even if she did she doesn't give free legal. I wasn't looking for free legal I was looking for assistance to point me in the right direction. She sounded as if she was in the bed just waking up NEVER AGAIN!

I only stated a portion of my story because the two firms I called BEFORE you asked me to tell them what happened and AFTER they helped direct me or shared their consultation fee or retainer fee. Either way you were rude and its bad business.

I didn't get a chance to use her Services since she doesn't handle my type of case however she was committed to finding me the right resources regardless. Her helpful spirit really is magnetic and I'm going to keep her on the Rolodex for when I may need her. She's a real person and I appreciate her helping me even though she didn't even know me.
