Ted Spaulding is not only a brilliant attorney… he’s kind and caring ..definitely there for his clients. I brought him a complicated case where I was injured as a pedestrian by an SUV driver. My treatment including surgeries lasted several years.. meanwhile the negligent party’s insurance company refused to settle as my expenses rose. Despite admitting the negligent driver.. their client.. was at fault… the insurance chose to stall, fail to show up at a negotiating meeting and try every underhanded scheme to withhold settlement. They Even attempted to get the case dismissed for no reason.
