My son got himself in trouble and I contacted Nicola Cummings Law Firm who immediately got on the case and within a reasonable amount of time got him released. The case could have been resolved much sooner but due to a snow storm the weather did not permit the courts to open for him to go before the judge. The attorney was very professional, dedicated and showed empathy for my son. We communicated on a daily basis about the case and what to expect so there would be no surprises. If you would like to experience a smash and grab then. I implore you to hire these folks. It’s husband and wife firm. The husband seems to be a standup person. But I would describe the wife Nicola work ethic and her personal ability to do the job she pretends to sell you on ….. it’s like a stale sandwich. Maybe was good when it was fresh long time ago. I won’t get into the facts of my case but I will tell you. I’ve spoken to some FBA families and some say they use her business card as a weed separator and the others say her name is not worth the certificates she gained to trick you.
But hey just our opinion about this awful service.

Please family don’t waist your money here. There are other options choose wisely !

Highly recommend this law firm! All of the staff are very helpful and caring. Kaitlin Robinson was amazing at guiding me through the process of my case. Her consistent communication with me made something very stressful much easier to handle. I’m impressed by the kindness of the people here and will definitely go back if I ever need to!

This matter involves a case with my daughter who was involved in an accident. We selected the law firm through the legal plan from my husband’s employer and the reviews from google. The lawyer who handled her case was not Ms Cummings but an associate attorney Mike. My experience with him was unfortunately not pleasant. Having conversations with him was very frustrating at times because he was not very organized. He reported medical bills that were not associated with her injuries to myself and in the subsequent lawsuit paperwork that was filed, which to me is dishonest. When meeting with him at the end of case we were informed that the previously discussed 25% fee discounted from 33% because of the legal plan, was no longer valid because he had to file papers for a lawsuit. The case never went to trial no depositions or subpoenas were made but the office filing the paperwork somehow constituted a lawsuit. Be careful when retaining this office for your legal counsel. It’s a very expensive lesson learned where the injured party receives 20% of the settlement funds and still has to pay for the repairs to their vehicle from the 20%. When this was pointed out attorney Mike made repeated “suggestions “ for me to file a claim against my personal insurance company under my UM coverage. I gave the review 2 stars because the paralegal that communicated with my daughter was very professional. Again, my experience was not with Ms Cummings so I don’t know if that would have made a difference.
