I am grateful to have had Mr.Cornwell and Mr.Davidson as my lawyers. They were honest and did everything that they said that they would do. They told me from the start that they were going to seek full policy limit, and they got it. I will admit that I had doubts and questioned why would the insurance company treat them any different. At different times, each told me the insurance company know that they are willing to take cases to trial. They were very patient with me and my “what if” questions. They won my complete trust when I was on a call with the both of them and one of them said “we work for you,if you are not satisfied with the settlement offer that they (insurance company) will make and you want to go to trial, we will go to trial”. Cornwell and Davidson are actually good guys, the heroes you need in a bad situation. Brian and Ben got me five times the amount that my previous slime ball attorney was trying to get me to settle for. There isn’t any amount that is worth feeling miserable daily and battling pain, but at least Brian and Ben care about getting the insurance company to pay what they owe. Finding them was like finding a needle in a haystack. I have gone half my life and have not ever met,found or heard of personal injury attorneys like them. I doubt that I will again. Thank you again.

I was introduced to Benjamin Davidson when he represented me on a protection order. During that case he received pro bono of the year award. several months later I was involved in a serious car wreck wen a lady hit me from the back. I called Ben because he told me specializes in personal injury cases. From day one I received the best plan from recommended medical providers. From the start I was told this is a policy limits case and I'm going to treat it as such and Ben did. The limits on the policy were significant. I was regularly updated on my case and never left wondering. If I had any questions Ben had the answers. We HIGHLY recommend The Cornwell Firm. We were involved in an accident this year (not at fault) and the aftermath involved many moving pieces - medical bills, car insurances, health insurances, etc. Every step of the way, Brian and Tamara were with us - visiting us in the hospital to discuss our options, replying to emails very quickly, patiently answering all of our questions on phone discussions, and fighting to make sure we received a fair settlement - their negotiations made sure we did not leave any money on the table. They made the entire ordeal very easy and stress-free. We felt very confident putting it into their hands, and we are extremely impressed with their work!
