I have never been treated with so much respect in my 34 years of living. Shay and her team of underwriters understand the predicament that there clients are in. They worked fast and efficiently with myself and my attorney I was funded in 24 hrs literally. Before I decided to go with there group I had some very bad experiences with a couple others they were nasty to myself and my attorney. Spoke to Sherri , I only called once , never been a client. She was super rude and stated I have to have had surgery and currently receiving benefits, I was in the middle of trying to explain to her I had surgery ... but she cut me off and it was very clear she didn't want to assist me so I hung up on her ... I'm a new caller and this is how potential clients are treated You are trying to earn business but treat the new callers rudely ? You have too much competition to be acting like this . 1 star rating isn't low enough
