If they do not want to represent you, they will not honor the free consultation they have on their website. I called them last week to inquire about the free consultation. A paralegal, Lauren, took my called. She emailed me and told me that the lawyer declined to represent me. I never met with a lawyer or anything at all. I gave them vague details and just wanted THEIR consultation because their website popped up on Google for government liability. I was hoping to hire them.

In the email Lauren sent me, the subject line was Clayton County Sheriff Office, which has nothing to do at all with my inquiry; this leads me to believe they misunderstood my inquiry. So, I replied to her email for clarification.

She never replied back.

I called her to get a better understanding on why they would not do the free consultation and why they declined to represent despite not knowing the details on why representation is needed. She told me they do not handle criminal cases. I REPEATEDLY TOLD HER I AM NOT INQUIRING ABOUT A CRIMINAL CASE!!!! She refused to listen and seemed frustrated. In the end, she said she'll reach back out to the lawyer for more info.

I felt dismissed and emailed her to disregard.

I don't have enough good words to say about this firm. I was hit as a pedestrian and had no idea where turn when the other person's insurance company started sending me forms to settle. Mel Hewitt put me in touch with his associate, Rick Crowson, and after that I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was handled by the firm, and I was kept informed throughout the process. It was complete relief to know that my case was in good hands, and I could just work on getting better from my injuries without any stress from the insurance company.

Someone called me twice on March 14th at 3:48pm and did not leave a message then called again this morning March 16th at 10:34am and I answered the phone someone asked me if I was Tyson and I responded yes and who was calling and then asked me AGAIN with the same question asking if I was Tyson Love and I was straightforward and told the person that YES I WAS TYSON LOVE AND STOP CALLING ME WITHOUT TELLING ME WHOMEVER THEY WERE AND CALLING FROM!!! and hang up on them. I then decided and did my research with caller ID and number and discovered who they were.

Contacted them today as they advertise themselves as a "government accountability attorney" for personal injury. I have a case that requires me suing dekalb county for personal injury reasons. They wouldn't take it. Admin Assistant said "we don't do that type of work".
