It's always fast service here. All the ladies are always kind, friendly, and helpful. I have lived in a lot of different counties in my adult lifetime, and I can say this office is at the top of the list. If they happen to read this, thank you for the stellar service.

I called in to verify documents needed, for new registration because we are new to the county and spoke with the most unprofessional clerk "Brittany", who felt the need that she didn't have to give her last name. She was very rude cutting me off in the middle of sentences, requested to speak with her manager. I'm sure that didn't go anywhere because apparently she was standing right there to take the call after "Brittany" says plainly "here" (giving her the phone), Who are these people?, Can you say UNPROFESSIONAL

Jeannette Anderson is nasty - she almost hung up on me twice. I overpaid for my taxes and she wouldnt refund me! I made a mistake and overpaid and apologized and is still unwilling to work with me. She kept almost $2,000 of my money. And tried to hang up on me. READY TO VOTE HER OUT OF HER SILLY OFFICE

I will not share the person's name who answered my call, but she was very rude and unconcerned. Every time I tried to say something, she'd interject and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. I just told her thank you and hung up. She could sure use a touch up on her customer service skills. Awful!!

Transfer of title ...had bill of sale on counter asked agent if she needed to see this told "no" , had insurance in red envelope sealed , not looked at , title according to her was only document I needed . I did not know at this time that wrong title had been given to me by mistake . I had not looked at title other than glancing n seeing it was a prius and in owners name . Bill of sale showed 2004 Toyota prius, title showed 2008 ....the 2008 Toyota Prius belongs to Kathleen Peck , former wife of Byrl Peck . When mistake was noted office had already closed . Called tax office next morning and was told nothing could be done that when title came back would have to go through process again . I paid $379.00 Ad valorem taxes . on a car that is not mine . Prior to going to tag office Mr PECK called to see what cost would be ....$279 was quote given for 2004 Toyota prius . Will have to now pay ad valorem taxes on 2004 . Asked couldn't this just be corrected ...was told "No" ,I am on a fixed income . This is going to really hurt my budget total 658 $ in taxes of which 379 was a mistake .No refund would be considered.
When I called tag office next day I was told it had already Been sent to Atlanta, nothing could be done.

Every time I have gone to the tag office, they have been nothing but professional and courteous to me. They answered all of my questions and made sure I had all the documents I needed before transferring my title and each year when I've renewed my tag.
