If you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing and getting the max return!!! This is the place to go! I was referred by my brother... I’m in California and I usually do my own taxes. My brother told me that I was getting too little for my tax return and that it would be worth my time to reach out to Connie. She was great! Had all my information emailed. She kept me updated through text. Made it super convenient for me because I work at a call center and won’t be able to talk. Within that week she gave me my numbers and submitted. A lot of people I know that filed before me are still waiting for their returns... they keep track of their returns for when they would get it. They waited weeks for the site to update the info. So I never bothered to check because I thought it would take weeks, usually up to 21 days. But she reached out to me within 4 days after filling, and told me I would get my return the next day!!! I didn’t even have to look it up. That’s the service I definitely loved!! She went above and beyond, I’m getting 3000 more than what I was filing for. I wish I knew Connie 5yrs ago, I would had gotten so much more the previous years and saved me so much trouble!! Thanks for the excellent service and making taxes soo easy!!
