Great selection of alcohol and friendly staff. The current store manager has made positive changes to the selection of products. You can make special orders for liquor, beer, wine, cigars and kegs that they don’t have on the floor. Pump 1 and 2 are open 24hrs.

Nice new facility but absolutely horrible customer service. I only gave them one star because I can’t post a review with zero.
Came in to pick up pizzas that were ordered by phone. I could see the pizzas in the warm cabinet but no one there to assist. After calling out loudly several times no one appeared. So I went to pay for the order; one cashier, seven people in line and it is barely moving. I catch a glimpse of someone back at the pizza counter and leave my place in line to get my pizzas. By the time I get to the pizza counter, again no one in sight. Again I holler and no one acknowledges. Since I had just seen someone back there, I went around the counter to get their attention. They, April and Kimberly, were only concerned that a customer was behind the counter and not the least bit concerned that a customer was having trouble picking up an order.
Two people behind the pizza counter doing who knows what. Certainly not customer service. One cashier and as many as 11 people in line while I was there.
When service is this bad it is less the fault of the staff than it is the management. The manager of this “Class Six” should be fired!

This store overall is ok. The only problem I have with it is that about 50% of the time I go there, the debit system is down and I don't realize it until I've waited 10 minutes in line and don't have time to stop anywhere else. I usually don't carry cash and this disrupts my day as I am usually going there before work to get liquor. I work nights so there is nothing open when I get off. They have signs posted but honestly, who reads doors before going into an establishment. I understand they can't help the system going down, but come on. If you know it goes down that often, get an ATM machine in there for pete's sake. Rant over.

Facility is very clean and organized. Have a wide selection of alcohol and can order almost anything you need if they don't have in stock. Tax free pricing beats most anywhere else in town.

Very disappointed in the customer service. We stood in line for awhile because there was no cashier there. Then when she does come back to the register to help us, she was rude. She angrily asked for my id, but didn't speak loud or clear enough so I didn't know what she said. She was annoyed that she had to repeat herself.

We love WRAFB the customer service on base is ALWAYS spot on but the employees here at the class six is horrible!!!! We bought a 24 pk beverage and Nakiyta (from a quick glance at her name tag) slammed the case over on the counter to scan the bar code on the bottom of the pack….way to go to shake things up!!!
