I think they have some sort of scam going on with the deposit system. Take photos before and after before they get their hands on it.

Edit here : I can’t reply to the business owners comment on reviews so here we are, surface was not “wet with spit” there just straight up wasn’t a scratch on there. Also he refused to take photos after I wiped it off, why would having more photos affect anything? and yes he offered for us to show the footage but we said yes and he never did, not that it would matter because the side it was on was pointing away from the building but would love to see it though! Email me anytime.
This business also skirts the bbb rating system because it’s under the umbrella of uhaul.
I think the scam going on here is you don’t fix up these cars, and charge people in any way you can!

I needed a rental last minute and they were open on Saturday after 12pm. Even though i wanted a car they didn’t have one available, but the 2021 suburban black on black that they had available!!! OMG!!! Beautiful, ride smoothly, and the rental process was easy!!!

These people are some liars and some thieves they would like to keep your deposit. I don’t smoke or drink. Return the car ahead of time. And still did not receive my refund. These people are liars hard-core liars. I don’t care what goes on with the vehicle. They get their vehicle back. They’re not gonna try to give you a refund. Beware thank you. Have a nice day.

We rented a car going to Nashville Speedway due to work. Last minute they had a car available, even up sized! We had a very pleasant trip no issues checking in or returning. The car was fantastic (and great on gas) it drove good, no issues at all. The staff was friendly and great people! I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for more work trips and personal trips as well! They provided excellent service!

My boyfriend and I were traveling to Tennessee from Florida. His truck broke down and wasn’t able to be fixed until a few days later. It was a Saturday and Bond Logistics was one of the few places open. We decided to give this rental company a try and it was well worth it. Alexis was very helpful and we were able to rent a brand new car and make it to our destination with no problems. Upon returning the vehicle, I got to speak with the owner who was very professional and respectful. If we are ever in the area again, this is the rental company we will be using. Thank you Emmanuel and Bong Logistics, you guys did not disappoint!

Rented a U-Haul from this location had multiple roaches in truck they got into my belongings. Bugs crawling all through my couch and washer and dryer. Had to bomb the truck out myself contacted 3 U-Haul places they couldn’t replace my truck so they sprayed it and made it worse after all this when I return the truck they tried to charge my card over $300

I received a call from Uhaul stating that this company filed a claim on me for damages on a truck that I didn’t do! I’m warning everyone to please inspect your rental very well before leaving this place or the guy will find something to blame on you !
I remember the day 3/2/24 when my client asked me to be an authorized driver. It was raining on that day and the guy that was working was very aggravated and exhausted due to complaints from customers about not having their reserved equipment available and he was also frustrated about a customer keep calling in complaining about a vehicle that they were supposed to fixed but didn’t! He was very frustrated but stayed professional as he could be and was able to get me into a truck that pulled in while he was trying to accommodate everyone that was waiting.
Long story short! The guy who was working on that day didn’t go outside to check the truck in because it was raining and he was already frustrated so he just checked the truck in from the office and gave me the key to the truck. I literally used the truck for about 45 minutes for a move right up the road from this place and brought it back without even rolling over a leaf lol. But I’m just now finding out weeks later that this guy filed a claim against me for a damage that I didn’t do!
Again, check your truck before leaving or have this guy to follow you while inspecting the truck because he will try to get you to pay for any damages that he didn’t catch from the customer before you!

I mentioned to you that Uhaul said to let you how about getting this claim reversed. I told you to do what you want to do but it will not end well for you or your business! That’s not a threat sir!
So, you need to get this situation handled.
Also, when can you pull the camera footage of that day that you so called checked that truck in? Or does your camera not work just like those cars you work on?
Also, you told me and the young lady about the woman who kept calling back to back about her vehicle!
You tell customers business to other people !

Great experience check in was accommodating to my situation. I rented a 2020 Camry which I drove to Gatlinburg for the weekend. The car was clean drove great and had no problems or issues at all. Rates are about the same as surrounding rental agencies. The deposit is a little high if your using a Debit card, however it is refunded to your account upon return of the vehicle. Check in on return was quick and easy and the young lady that assisted me was very friendly and efficient at her job. All in all a good hassle free car rental and I would recommend this agency to friends or family.
