We had some horrible water damage that wrecked our entire home. I cannot express how grateful we are to Servpro for jumping right on this. In a matter of a few hours, Landrick was here with his crew assessing the damage, putting in dryers and starting to clear out the debris. They were great to work with. The crew and office team were so helpful with everything as we had never been through anything like this. They ordered in a packing pod to start putting furniture in. We have some very heavy and difficult furniture to move, even upstairs. I wish I had everyone’s names but they were all a very hard working crew. Tyler and Ross were two of the crew to move out all the furniture then the upstairs back in. On our Move Back In day Tyler and Ross moved the whole downstairs in just by themselves. Lex was our Go-To for backsplash and flooring choices. They have a huge selection of products to choose from and she is so knowledgeable about everything. If they did not have what I wanted she was more than happy to get it elsewhere for me. Becky, in the office, was so helpful with the insurance aspect, to make it as easy as possible for us. I would give them all 10 stars if I could. SERVPRO is the place to go!!!

Eddie, Earl, Logan, and Ross came to my house and they were so amazing. They walked in my house and put me instantly at ease. They knew it was a hard situation having my house in a wreck. They did all the work and talked me thru the entire process. They knew i had to cook and made sure every day they left, they open my kitchen back up for me to use. They made a mess and they made sure they cleaned everything up. Bonus: they even changed my smoke dector batteries when I asked. Amazing group of outstanding gentleman! Company was quick and fast when i needed them.

My first time using ServPro and the experience has been great. Mike Cohen customer service has been great. Jamie Williams and David Lowe did a fantastic job getting my damaged flooring . They work fast and clean as they go. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

These guys were fabulous l.. They came out so quick and helped to alleviate our water issue. We were out of town and a friend came over to feed the dogs and noticed two inches of water throughout the house. Servpro was out here within an hour and they had fans and dehumidifiers set up throughout the house. We are so impressed with their quick service. Thanks to Justin, Logan, Chris and Prentice for their speedy service.

When I called Servpro I had no idea what to expect, but Mike guided me through every step of the way in the process. His team did a fantastic job. Since I was an out of state client he coordinated with my tenants to schedule dates and times for the entire process. I am so thankful that I had them do the work for me. The team of ServPro of Warner Robins were professional, kind and knowledgeable about their job. They gave me a scheduled time of their arrival and were on the scene ready to begin the task. Prentice and his team made sure every detail was given appropriate attention. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting similar work done related to mitigation work from a disastrous situation. I wanted to personally thank Ryan and Craig who were key team members who worked diligently for hours to complete this project and to insure my safety and satisfaction.
