I would not trust this real estate agent because she is listing a house as being in Ardsley Park neighborhood when it is not.
"Located in the heart of the sought-after Ardsley Park neighborhood in Savannah, GA" she lies and then again lies saying in the listing "With a home like this, full of warmth and character, new memories await in this timeless Ardsley Park gem." When the house is NOT in this area. This is an ethics violation for her as a Realtor.
That is dishonest and unethical. They do this a lot in Savannah to try to raise the price and make people think the home is in the more expensive area. Not ok. This dishonest practice in Savannah GA needs to end. I feel bad for the person that hired her to sell their house because those who actually know Savannah will not trust her to buy from her now and this house and the owners suffer. She put multiple times a house is Ardsley Park int he listing when Zillow itself says "Neighborhood: Ardmore/Gould Estates/Olin Heights" IN the same listing. Dishonest liars in this field like her give this field a bad name. This is exactly why people can't trust and dislike real estate agents. Shame on you Erin!

From educating me about the local area and the pros/cons of specific properties, to visiting open houses on my behalf and videoing the properties so that I didnt have to fly back and forth to Savannah, Erin made the remote purchase process feasible and smooth.
