We hired Mr. Williams to handle a very cumbersome case which a previous attorney failed us on. He was incredible! Mr. Williams was very thorough and made sure we knew all of our options and fought for us from beginning to end. His assistant, Rebecca, was on top of things! She communicated with us on everything that was going on and was quick to respond to my many emails and calls. I highly recommend Mr. Williams for your legal needs. For Family Law and/or custody… Save your $$$. Recommend staying away from this one just from my experience. Custody Court is a scam to drain assets to put what you want on paper to not have it brought up in court. Zero accountability was held against the opposing party and barely even talked with him. Heard from him, met him the day of my case and he was not familiar with it at all. Talked with his lawyer partner the whole time about my case. I had a case to bring forth evidence to show cause for my request. Wrote everything in the notes before I retained his firm. I talked with his lawyer partner the whole time who passed the case and seemed like nothing we talked about to him and did not represent me well in my honest opinion. Paid legal expenses for myself and the opposing party. Use at your own risk. Staff was helpful. Representation… Not so much

Mr. Williams was referred to me by another lawyer, who does not work in family law, when I was searching for representation. I am grateful for the recommendation because Mr. Williams and his staff get the job done.
I read a negative review about rude staff and lack of response from attorney. I would disagree. Every time I call I get a cheerful and listening rep and as far as Mr Williams not responding- I have always always received response from the person working my case. Mr. Williams spends a lot of time in the court room defending his clients, and that’s the kind of lawyer you want to have defending you. I would recommend and hire again.

I got a DUI in Georgia and Attorney Williams did a great job representing me. At court he was professional and got me a great deal. I talked to Rebecca in the office a lot and she made sure I knew what was going on and answered all of my questions. I went here today as recommended by the GA BAR through a veteran representative. Mr. Williams was not available so a young lady sat with me who said she was a lawyer. Its to my understanding I was suppose to be speaking with him. So i took a chance. She was rude, offered no help. I felt worst when i left then when i went in. I’m still in shocked wondering if someone was going to call me and tell me i got pranked. lol Guess not. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEARCHING ELSE WHERE
