Mr.Owens said people in Effingham County, aren't as book smart to give better pay outs for injuries in a car accident. I was in a 5 car accident on Hwy 21 in Rincon, The person that cause the accident Had No Insurance was let go. He is (Mr.Owens) A very Is arrogant very insulting person. Do not Recommend him
