This is outrageous! Joe Cronk's continued unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for my son's well-being is appalling. His latest comment, "you see why we dumped this client," is not only insensitive but further demonstrates his lack of ethical conduct.
It seems Mr. Cronk is more interested in publicly disparaging us than in reflecting on his own failures as an attorney. He is attempting to shift blame and justify his negligence by making us, the concerned parents of a vulnerable client, seem unreasonable. This is a classic tactic of deflection and further highlights his lack of professionalism.
We will not be deterred by his attempts to discredit us. We will continue to fight for our son's rights and seek justice for the way he has been treated and now"dumped".
It is clear that Mr. Cronk is unfit to represent anyone in need of legal assistance. I urge anyone considering his services to reconsider and seek an attorney who will uphold their ethical obligations and prioritize their clients' well-being.

Joe Cronk's response to my negative review further demonstrates his unprofessionalism and dishonesty, and now enters the realm of defamation. Not only did he fail to adequately represent my son, but he is now resorting to lies to cover up his negligence. We paid Mr. Cronk in full and on time, and have documentation to prove it. His claim of "unrealistic outcomes" is also a misrepresentation of our expectations. We simply wanted him to fulfill his duties as an attorney and advocate for our son's basic rights and needs.
Mr. Cronk's behavior is unethical and unacceptable. He has abandoned a vulnerable client in need and is now attempting to tarnish our reputation with false accusations. This is a new low, even for him. I caution anyone considering hiring this attorney to think twice. He cannot be trusted to act with integrity or uphold his professional responsibilities. Furthermore, his false statements about our payment and expectations are defamatory and we will be considering all legal options to address this. Receipts attached!! ⬇️

Writing another review this time with PROOF (photos) that I was indeed a client with this firm. It’s astonishing the extreme businesses will go to save themselves instead of looking into the matters that caused the issue. These are the text and email I received literally the next morning after writing my initial review which was (CHIN CHIN) from my other email. Asking about MONEY and nothing about my case doesn’t sound kind of suspect to you? Like I also stated I “intentionally stopped paying them after no call back after numerous attempts to speak with Mr Cronk regarding a follow up) Times are not the easiest these days and I don’t have money to throw away! I am done after this review and will not put anymore energy into going back and forth. The proof is right in front ya’lls face. Like I stated the most high see’s what these people are doing I don’t have to do a thing because I’m speaking the truth! Blocking google from sending me email about them responding I can care less about what they write after this complete liars!!

Fantastic law firm, Mr. Cronk was ready and heart set on helping me get my case out of the way.. he told me what was going to happen prior to my court date and he explained everything thoroughly. Once I met the guy, in person.. he didn't change up at all. He was very genuine and capable/prepared when he showed up to court with me. Very punctual aswell. The law firm of Harold J. Cronk is a great choice to have made and I'm very thankful of how he assisted with/started the completion of my case. If you're ever deciding on an attorney- he's absolutely worth the investment.🤝🏼

I contacted offices of Harold J. Cronk regarding hitting a guard rail and leaving my car and not reporting it! My court dates were postponed a couple of times, but my attorney worked miracles. I was fortunate enough to not have the police show. But, regardless, the judge was very familiar with my lawyer and granted me a dismissal! I would highly recommend their services if something of a high legal matter was needed! Thank you so much!!

Zero stars if I had the option. This firm is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I initially called because of a google referral and was excited due to them offering installment options. They were quick to take my deposit down payment and after never returned any of my follow up calls all which I left with the person answering the phones. I had a warrant that I desperately wanted lifted off of my back and I’ve called several times (my call log doesn’t lie) only to return nothing! This was concerning for me due to the fact it was a no release warrant and if I couldn’t get in touch with my so called attorney that was a major red flag for me in order to move forward. They had no problem snagging my first weeks payment out of my account though and immediately after that I stopped paying simply because I DID NOT SIGN UP TO DONATE TO A CHARITY!! This was business! Imagine I had turned myself in only to not have contact with the attorney I hired what a nightmare would that be. I get they maybe putting full paying clients before ones paying installments however at least return calls because technically after signing legal documents we are now in contract doing business! There you have it! Full and truthful as it can be. They might respond to this review trying to deny the truth but just know God see’s and knows. Even until this day I haven’t received a call back from them. I’ve never had to hire a lawyer before so I’m not sure if this is the norm but it’s just weird that they don’t even attempt to follow up. Tells me everything I need to know. $625 down the drain with absolutely NO service! Almost seems like a SCAM!!!

I've just had my initial hearing this morning. I'm now at ease knowing that Mr. Cronk is not only on top of my situation but WAY above it. I'm 65 year's of age and have NEVER been arrested before. I've definitely gotten peace today about the outcome of my situation. Thank GOD that Mr. Cronk has my back.
I HIGHLY recommend Mr. CRONK if you're in direstraights.

definitely the best choice for an attorney. he got my case dismissed for both a felony charge and a misdemeanor. i was expecting more jail time and/or probation and i was free to go with just having to take a few drug/alcohol classes.
