Cash out refinance mortgage handled by Mr. Stutzman. Five creditors were to be paid and I was charged $295.00 for overnight fees. This was on August 30, 2024. Three days later none were paid. I called the office and was informed that the payments could not be made overnight to P. O. Boxes. Which is not true if you do express mail through United States Postal Service and do a waiver of signature. Fed Ex can not do overnight to P. O. Boxes. I reasoned that since the overnight service was not done that I should get the $295.00 refunded to me. This law form would not and said that is just what we charge. Only two of the five creditors have been paid through regular mail as of September 11,2024. These were supposed to be pay offs as of September 3, 2024. I would not recommend this law firm as they literally stole $295.00 from me for a service that was not done. Once they got their money they did not care that I was dissatisfied with their service.

I've had 2 experiences with this firm, buying and selling my home. The attorneys were unprofessional, and the realtors who used them were swindlers in their own right. Disappointing experiences all around, which perpetuates the bad reputation that attorneys carry. It's unfortunate that this is many people's very first encounter with a law firm in general.

Completed a closing for house purchase on 2/14/24. The accounting practices left much to be desired. Reimbursement check that was due after final costs deducted was delayed and necessitates continuous calling throughout the day for reimbursement status as it was not "found" within their banking files for distribution at the end of contract signing. Didn't receive 5 figure check until going back in person just before end of business hours. Keep in mind that wire transfer was transmitted and confirmed cleared by the distributing institution (2) days before closing. Since the 2/14/24 closing date, my RE agent has been given the run around and has yet to receive the buyer's fee as of the date of this review. That's just bad business practices. This was our experience and would leave it up to others to express their own. Wouldn't be my 1st or last choice for future closing services.

Nick is the Best I learned a lot. Thank you! When selling/buying property do not use the Closing Agent to hold EMD. If FUND is not available before scheduled closing - CLOSING should be CANCELLED

Unfortunately, we had the worst experience with this law firm. As a military family, we had orders to leave on a specific date. The buyers of our home and their lending company somehow missed the deadline for our closing appointment. This resulted us in signing our closing documents in their lobby with no legal representation. Shame on us for not speaking up, but we assumed our realtor knew what she was doing. We asked for clarification for what documents were before signing; our realtor and the front desk girl had no idea what the forms were for. Apparently Stephanie was answering our questions for another room. Not one legal representative came out to assist or even introduce themselves. We were misinformed and mislead to signing the wrong documents. I guess that's what we get for allowing our realtor to google this type of information. After closing, we lost 3% of our sell. The legal office, especially Nick, made it very clear to myself and husband they do not represent us and would not advise us with any information. During our time with this law firm, it appeared to be very suspicious with how they run business. It appears money is their main priority, definitely not of the military families. Apparently, Nick told us they were very accommodating to us by allowing us to sign in their lobby. Lucky us! I hope this review reaches as many homeowners and military families to find another law firm for your closing needs! Do not trust this firm.
