Being a teenager opening his first savings account, I had many questions, and Addis answered every question I had in a way I could easily understand. I came in with rolled coins to deposit and he told me they don’t take rolled change. Fine but the coinstar machine is broken and is never working. He told me I’d have to drive out of my way to go to another branch to use their machine. What kind of a bank doesn’t take already rolled coins? I think I’ll be a finding a new bank to do business with after this experience.
