The Diwan Law Firm, I found simply doing a google search and I’m so glad that I found them. I had been dealing ID theft for several years and had been plagued for years having something come up out of nowhere that I thought was settled and disappeared. Chris is the attorney that represented me and helped me with my case and he immediately requested that I send documents to him for review and explained everything that he could do for me. Once I found The Diwan Law Firm and after speaking with the attorney Chris, I felt as if a burden was lifted immediately and felt confident with having him represent me.

I appreciated the time he took to listen to me and what happened as it pertains to my innocence as it pertained to identity theft. Chris was professional, communicated effectively as he received information keeping me in the loop and explaining any next steps.

I was hopeful when I read the reviews, but after my experience it seems to be in alignment with the review of "Mike Champion" after about three calls and sending him an email I finally spoke to him and he gave a dismissive vibe; other than some small advice he kept cutting me off before I could finish and rushed me off the phone, but it wasn't before him making a questionable comment: "even if you could afford me Bibb county is too far to take your case";
1. On his page he takes cases in greater Georgia, Bibb county being one of them so I'm confused
2. You never gave me an amount as to how much it would be to retain you or even finished hearing me out to get to an amount for me to say if I could, so what makes you think I can't afford you? 🤔

Whoever is answering the phone here seems to have an unearned superiority complex. Not sure why when I’ve never heard of this firm outside of a google search. Very rude and dismissive. Denied that I had a valid claim on a case that was accepted by another firm & is currently being pursued. Maybe these people need to go back to law school idk. Don’t waste your time.

Where do i start ? I came across Diwan Law on google while searching for a lawyer to help me with a civil case.I was stressed out but once i spoke to Chris I felt a sense of relief and i knew i came to the right place . I don’t recommend, especially if you’re a person of color. I hate making things about race but it’s too Blatant to ignore … Christopher didn’t want to hear my plea or my case. He must have been having a rough morning. He jumped to conclusion before even giving me a chance to explain thoroughly or looking into my plea, as advertised on his website. I’m not as articulate but every citizen / consumer/ person deserves the chance to be heard and represented especially if that’s what you advertise.
