What a deceptive company! When I called inquiring about hiring them to represent me for a ticket in Glynn county GA from March 2024, the intake woman explained that they would work to reduce my ticket under the super speeder amount, to save me that fee and reduce my points. So I paid their fee and retained them. My hearing was not until early February 2025 and I never heard back from the ticket clinic, but got a letter from Glynn country courts to pay my super speeder fine or my license would be suspended. I was somewhat shocked and called the ticket clinic to inquire about the outcome of my hearing. The attorney who represented me educated me that the Glynn county solicitor had made it her policy in February 2024 to NOT lower any tickets to below the super speeder amount. This attorney was surprised that information was not disclosed to me in my intake call, as I would not have thrown away $349 to the ticket clinic for them to be able to do nothing to bring down my ticket below the super speeder amount. It was deceptive, and unprofessional. As a law firm, I find it disgusting that you did not disclose important facts to the potential client for them to be able to make an informed decision. I'd give zero stars If I could, they did not help me, only took advantage of me.

I had the absolute worst experience with the ticket clinic. The communication was very poor and they kept pushing out my court date without notifying me. I would get a letter in the mail notifying me that my court date was moved a week or two after the day it was meant to take place. By that time, I had already called to check on the results of my case. Would have appreciated the communication BEFORE the court date that it has been moved. They moved my court date FOUR times without notifying me, nor did they give me a reason. It took them half a year to attend my court date. The worst part is, they went in and plead nolo. I had video footage that albeit was a little choppy because it was recovered by data specialist, still VERY clearly showed I was hit and pushed into the car in front of me. I could have plead nolo myself. Unsure why I paid $400 for an “attorney” to not even take my case to trial. Absolute waste of my time and money.

Got a speeding ticket, called these guys and they were easy to work with and they explained everything. Read some reviews so I was aware there was a chance all the efforts would have gone to the dumpster and I could still be slapped with the ticket. Thankfully the Ticket Clinic was able to get me a dismissal. Granted it was a hefty chunk of change, I’d rather pay that for a dismissal than have a stained record with all the issues that come with it. Good experience overall.

What a scam - DO NOT USE. They strung me along to finally claim they can’t help. I originally called to get a quote for a speeding ticket and I was 3 weeks out from my court date. The person I spoke with said to call the court and ask for an extension on the date to ensure they had time to represent me. So I called and asked for an extension. The way Crisp works is they allow you 30 days from your court date to appear, which worked perfect. They sent me the notice of my new court date which The Ticket Clinic claimed was all they needed. When I finally received and sent to them, they said they can’t represent me because my original court date moved. What a joke of a “law firm”. These aren’t attorneys fyi, take your business to a real attorney.

It was my first experience with the ticket clinic and I hope it is the last A friend of mine introduced me to the Ticket Clinic and I do not regret it at all The only problem I have it was about communication every time I call it goes straight to voicemail and I leave message with number to call me back so I find my way to the office to talk with someone in person but other From that it all good so thank you guys very much. I really appreciate it a lot and you guys are five star you guys ROCK.

I received a ticket driving home from Jacksonville to Gainesville and was stopped later at night for speeding. Mind you the road had a 60 MPH limit but then within a mile dropped to 45 MPH without much warning. The officer operating the speed radar was set up in the transition area where the MPH posting dropped down rapidly to 45 MPH. I didn't think the ticket was fair and the officer didn't want to hear it and was being unreasonable. I called up the Ticket Clinic and the case was dismissed and costs were reasonable. Sadly, it took around 6 months to get it resolved because of all the court hearings backed up. This was no fault of Ticket Clinics. I am so happy that they were able to get the ticket dismissed with no points or re-education classes required. Also happy this specific rural city of Florida (which will not be mentioned, we will call them Jerk Water USA), did not receive there full fine 🙂

First time using the ticket clinic. I got a speeding ticket for going 99mph in a 65. It was a $400 ticket with possible points and a mandatory court appearance. All I did was send them a picture of the ticket via text and pay their approx $150 cost. A couple months later, they had made at least two court appearances for me, and the ticket was completely DISMISSED. Best $150 I've ever spent. What an amazing service.
