This firm has done good work for us in the past. Deeds, closings, wills, etc. Always paid promptly for services rendered. For some reason, recently needed a deed done and cannot get a good response. John did respond to an email where I requested service for a deed pursuant to a transfer of ownership on a piece of property. Sent the firm information requested by them. Sent a second email. Made a phone call to verify John had received my email. One of the office ladies did affirm the email was received and someone would be in touch. Some days later, my wife and I were physically in their office to complete her will. I saw John for a brief moment where he said he had received my email request. To this day no additional followup. I’ve had to seek other legal counsel. I have no idea why no response. If Newberry and Newberry does not want my business, just say so.

I had the senior Newberry do a will for me and he did a excellent job at a fair price… how ever I attempted to get the jr Newberry to write a liability release to protect the landowner of my hunting property… POS wouldn’t even return my calls
