Please do your research, such a waste of time, hopes and money. Seems for years Jennifer has been known for the same let downs, wish I'd read reviews prior to paying her, because time she was paid I started getting the same experience. You'll be promised the world and time you pay the fee to Mrs. Williams you'll realize your SOL. Your calls and emails will be ignored and when you finally make it to court you'll be embarrassed because Mrs. Williams is late and then doesn't even know your case and once your case gets rescheduled over a YEAR later it'll be dismissed because of the lack of knowledge on your case because of no communication with Mrs. Williams in over a year!

I cannot recommend Jennifer Williams enough. She is thorough, competent & as far as thinking on her feet in court, I have never seen better. I always felt she had my best interest front and center during my entire divorce process. She got back to me promptly any time I had concerns. I am so glad I put my confidence in the right hands and could not be happier with the outcome.

I’m someone who never writes bad reviews but I can not explain the devastation in my heart after I realized I had spent thousands of dollars just to be let down. I do hope this review helps others in the future and motivates most to do a deep search on lawyers and to look through reviews before doing stuff. I don’t wanna indulge too much in what happened for personal reasons but do not get your hopes up when trusting this lawyer with something important to you. I would love to say you’re able to trust and communicate with her but I’d feel better talking to a con artist ; very unprofessional and will definitely be more cautious in the future.

Yes, Jennifer is busy. Very busy. Her staff does the best they can to take care of the issue. I don't know why people left their jobs, I don't care. Jennifer did an amazing job on my case. She showed up early to court, took my case and mediated for me, the best possible outcome that granted me full custody of my son. One thing I will say about Jennifer, she's rough around the edges, she is busy, she deserves some time to herself to go out of town. But, she's amazing in court, mediation and her confidence level will out your wandering mind to rest.

I've said this to her and everyone that I've dealt with... Jennifer Williams is a beast of an attorney and I recommend that she be retained if you seriously want to win. I've paid for her services twice and I will retain her again

I see I should have checked reviews…I had the same experience. She called me once, then I never talked to her again although I asked for call backs numerous times. I paid her 1200 and ended up having to get another attorney. She asked for additional money! No court. No filings. No calls. I paid her in November and have literally called or emailed or text every other day. It is now the middle of February and she has let staff go and had turnover. Every other email or text was someone telling me they no longer worked for her and Brianna was no help. SHE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. She had the audacity to email me and ask for more money! She hasn’t even represented me in anything. As a matter of fact her email said if she represented me it’s more. Let me give you the kicker. It was a simple name change. Which can be done for a total of 250 dollars on your own at the court house. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN. SHE HAS NO INTEGRITY AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

This lady will tell you everything you want to hear to get your money then not do jack. I paid her $3500 to be on snapchat during our ONE court date, give my ex EVERYTHING he wanted and not fight for me. I visited another lawyer afterwards who said that my case would have been a very easy win. Also, someone else was there who Jennifer took his money and didn't do anything for him. If you need a lawyer who will actually fight for you then go somewhere else. Also, there's always a new girl in the office who doesn't know what they're doing, answer the phones, or respond to messages or emails.Her turnover rate is horrible.

Jennifer will promise you the world until she gets paid, and then she does not follow through on those promises. She will not return phone calls or emails at all. Unprofessional in every way. You can call and call, and no one will answer. Carla and Amy are horrible at keeping their word too. I paid her and can't even tell you what she looks like! I had a set court date, and another attorney recognized me and had to call her to see where she was at, and it turned out that it had been continued. I had no idea! The only thing she did for me was getting my house back, which was left to me in my divorce. I had to send Carla and Jennifer countless emails and wouldn't get a response back. I had even looked into hiring another attorney! We had mediation set up, and I found out the Friday before mediation, Jennifer "wouldn't be able to attend" due to having court in another county. Someone who worked for her told me she was on vacation. I had to represent myself at mediation, and she wouldn't answer any text messages. I sent her text now app number. If you want good representation, I HIGHLY recommend using Zachary Cowart or someone other than her firm! She has to be the worst attorney of all time!!
