My daughter had her and my grandbaby's health insurance cut off!!!!!!!! You mailed her a letter with a phone appointment, and y'all never called!!!!!!! My daughter called and couldn't get through to you all!!!!!! My grandbaby will have other doctor appointments that will have to be cancelled, because of this!!!!!😥

Good morning. Well it is very hard to get a hold of somebody in the DFAC's office in the Tattnall County area. Office's are always close. They never pick up or return phone calls. Now since COVID came in. It has gotten even worse to get a hold of a person or to get someone to return your phone call. Like I mentioned earlier the office is always CLOSE.

They've now lost my food stamps renewal 2 times, although they did get the part of it that removed a member of the family who moved out from medical. Dropped my second renewal form on 5/24/2021, still no appointment and no acknowledgment of the renewal being received besides the medical edit.

After i had to deal with some of the workers in Tattnall Co DFACS, due to my 2 daughters being left in a home with a 75 year old man . I truely hope the families who have these people involved in their lives never have to go through what my girls and myself have.

After i called dfacs a safety plan was set up because my youngest daughter was beat by this person. but it has been completly ignored as if T.Price had never set the safety plan up.

The probate court along with caseworkers have kept my girls from me for 5 years. to this day i have not been told a reason. i only get ignored and treated as im a horible mother.

All this mental and physical abuse we live through,that evil man still has my babies and never once have i harmed them any kind of way. Itryed so much to get them back contacted 100s of people who would at first talk with me but for some reason when Tattnall co is mentioned the calls and emails stop. and i do not have a $10,ooo retainer fee for L.Murray the only attorney willing to take my case.

laws have been broken, many of our rights have been violated and its allowed. Please someone end the coruption in this county before more lives are destroyed.

What happened to "best interest of the child"?

Never answers phone calls, they want you to call an automated call center and then they are no help. What good is a local office if no one will locally help you do what you need?!

Horrible, horrible service ever since they switched there backend my family has had to scramble to feed the kids every few months where they cancel our foodstamps due to them being months behind on processing paperwork.
