My stay at your traditional house was a very enlighting experience. The staff there assisted me with care and concern especially one particular staff name Eugene Johnson. His professionalism was impeccable and Outstanding. Staff members should be mindful that anyone can fall from grace but what is important is your service to humanity and the Homeless. Let's continue to display humility with care and concern because tomorrow can be you.

NAICA is having employees submit 5-star reviews to combat the low reviews of the people and the community they claim to serve. Those reviews should be removed as they are better suited to be posted on Glassdoor. NAICA is yet another unresponsive and unprofessional agency that is doing a poor job of helping those of us in need. I'm SO f'n sick and tired of these programs that claim to help you but the people that work for them do nothing more than collect checks, grants, and whatever funding they can off the backs of poor people without giving proper service.

Yes I like to give a good comment on this shelter because all the workers there that work with great hospitality speed and also they treat us like human beings just because we're homeless and I like to give praise and throw it up in the air to every shift 1st 2nd and 3rd shift and they're very nice and clean in here

A great organization that’s been doing the job of supporting underserved communities. There’s a great sense of pride in the leadership that helps make the work so much more fulfilling. Since the time I’ve been here, I’ve only continued to see growth.

My case was simple and had a lot of evidence in my favor. I was lied to by an attorney just to get my housing case out of court during pandemic. Legal malpractice vibes. Told these dudes multiple times I don’t want to sign something and they went ahead and signed it anyway. Avoid if you can, I was forced to go here unfortunately.

NAICA has been a lifeline for many. Providing very professional, high quality and culturally relevant supports and services to the most vulnerable populations in the Bronx and outer boroughs.
