Yes they never answer the phone. You leave a voicemail and someone calls you weeks later. Ironically it's during the times where they say they are closed so you don't answer some random call. Then they leave a voicemail like... hey! We're calling you. You call back and realize, they're closed. So worthless and totally less than the one star I was obligated to post.

I have a disability and Breanna Vanhook refused to represent me. I was evicted.
Because of my disability its VERY difficult to trust them to do A job, let alone a GOOD job.
After missing their calls ONCE, they drop you! The rule is TWO missed calls! They are not helpful utilizing the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Do not work with Tonya Williams. She was short and accusatory towards me 80% of the time. She was also slow to comprehend everything and seemed as though she didn't even want to defend me.

Tonya williams was clueless on anything about her job. She couldnt even open a pdf file i had to send her the same exact file 4 times until she magically figured out how to open it. She was absolutely zero help.

Total waste of time just go get a reall attorney.

I went in on A Friday at 4:18 pm and the office closed @4:30. The young lady at the front answered all my questions did not try and rush me because it was time to close. she helped me so so much. I was not expecting a call back that day but 5 minutes of leaving their office an Attorney did call me and explained everything I needed to do for court and how to proceed with it all. This was well after 4:30pm! I can not thank them enough especially the young lady @ the receptionist desk. She was my Angel on Earth that Friday afternoon!! They all are great. answered all my questions and did not rush me at all! I thank them for everything!! They are hands down the BEST!!!

I am a senior, almost 71, they told me last yr to cb if I had more problems with my mortgage co. The atty already told me they had taken over 25k plus out if my act without my authorization. Plus not sending in money to pay for home insurance within 30 days which is agsi st Federal Law. I have received foreclosure notice and they still will not help me. I tried to get help when my insurance co failed to honor home insurance, I am living out of boxes, with mold and mildew, toilet on the deck. Even dept of insurance would not help me. What is wrong with this stupid state not helping seniors. I was told to cb and did still said no. So I may loose my home because I can't afford an atty. Or afford to spend my retirement money which would leave me with nothing except SS.

Closed on both the phone and the internet the entire week after Christmas. Even on a non-holiday time. They have morning hours certain days of the week and then afternoon hours the other days of the week you have to keep up with their schedule not user friendly at all. They will recommended by a federal agency. Very annoying you could not get any help at all because of a holiday.
