The worst! I had a lawyer who informed me of filing an temporary emergency child custody so I would according to his word "knock the 50b" and I would have another 10 day to protect my child. Let along I truly believe he did not want to face this particular judge because he told me this judge is very difficult. After informing me to do this unnecessary paperwork he sends out an email stating that he will not be representing me but the crazy thing is he was assigned to my case!! And let me add. I had to call them three times and he waited to the end of the week to call me. Corey Frost is his name so be aware of false information. I guess some lawyers don't have the balls to face certain judges. Y'all need zero stars. No type of phone service, no answers the phone. Just a awful establishment

They couldn't help us with our issue but the woman who greeted us was nice.

They do the best they can.they are under staffed and over worked like every place. So sad in the USA and everyone is tired or broke

They make no effort to help low income clients if you need help try everything you can to work it out on your own without calling these people

They did not help me that don't even help with what I needed them for

December 20, 2019 around 845am, I faxed important documents which were requested by Patrick who also works with Legal Aid of NC. I received a call from Jim no longer than than a couple hours of faxing my documents. He explained what to do next, etc. ,I was quite happy with the professional response and the immediate feedback. Jim took his time explaining what the letter meant, and how I should go about to responding to it. He was terrific! Not only professional, but kind and caring. He took his time with me. That goes a long way. Thanks Jim!

Called and remained on hold waiting for a representative for 54 mins. Finally a recording says no one is available please try again later and disconnects. Tried again next day exact same result.
