You don't have me as a client because the vehicle was under my mother in laws name. Due to a friend's recommendation we began our lemon law case against GM with Zamora Law. However they had terrible communication throughout the whole process. After a lot of back and forth we settled on the last offer they presented to us in April 2024 which was not what we were expecting but we were done with the lengthy process that was obviously not going anywhere. We waited to finalize the settlement but we're NEVER contacted. So in June 2024 we reached out again and we're told by one of the employees that the lawyer thought what GM was offering wasn't enough and said the next step would be to file a lawsuit and if we wanted to proceed. We agreed and told them to start the process. However about a month and a half later we were called to set up an appointment to sign paperwork. We asked what the new settlement was and were told that they didn't have the paperwork in hand and that we wld go over everything Aug. 2. During the meeting we were told that the settlement we reached in APRIL of 2024 is what they had to offer, when asked why they didn't processed with the lawsuit they themselves recommended we got a "well this is where we're at". Zamora Law was very unprofessional throughout the whole process.

Total rip off I hired her in 2022 for a child custody case an she didn’t do nothing,had to fire her an get a new lawyer ,did not show compassion or or treat my case seriously , had me volunteer for a hair follicle test when I emphasize that I didn’t want to do that n when we stepped into the court room I was totally blind sided with that , her clerks are unprofessional and not good at retaining critical information that could’ve helped my case , when we would speak she would constantly ask me the same questions over n over, it’s like she didn’t write anything down or save anything about my case ,said that I had unresolved issues and would never be able To see my daughter an said that supervised visits were probably best , $ 6500 down the drain smh so had to fire her an get another lawyer, my new lawyer beat my case an now I see my daughter at least 14 days out of each month , with mother having to meet me 1/2 way I’m way more included in my kids life now , not bad for unresolved issues huh lol , do your self a favor an go some place else

I was specifically looking for a lawyer who would fight for justice, and that is exactly what I got with Mrs. Zamora and her legal team…and more! Mrs. Zamora is absolutely a lawyer who actually cares about her clients, as she does not just talk the talk, but she most certainly walks the walk. She went above and beyond for my case to make right injustices throughout my case, and went out of her way to listen to my concerns and well familiarize herself with the complex details of the case. Litigation is always stressful and Mrs. Zamora helped to minimize that stress more than I can express.

I could simply not recommend a more professional lawyer if you are looking for justice, and to be represented by someone who doesn’t just look at you as just another client. 5 stars isn’t a higher enough rating…but it is all Google allows me.
