Horrible experience. I own a 501(c)(3), asked them to do my taxes and they said they were. Months later they claimed they didn't know they were doing them so they said they'd file an extension and didn't. When they completed the taxes, I got a letter from IRS stating I owe over $2k in late processing fees. I called the accountant and they suggested I call IRS to get them to lower it. Had they been filed timely I would owe nothing, then they gave me a $1,900 bill. The communication is AWFUL!
