The entire process was well structured. Him and Marcela was always available to answer my questions. He did wonderful job for us. Him and his associate Marcela, worked hard for my tricky case and removed my fear with their confidence and professionalism. During our engagement with this firm, in which we invested several thousand dollars, we consistently encountered unprofessional behavior from Ashkan. His dismissive and condescending attitude toward my wife’s questions was both inappropriate and unacceptable. Furthermore, requiring us to travel eight hours for routine appointments and the induction ceremony was entirely unreasonable. Ashkan will try to shift the blame to USCIS, even though we notified him of our relocation a year ago and he failed to act accordingly.
