I am having a very disappointing experience with Ybarra Maldonado immigration law group that has left me frustrated and discouraged. From the beginning, I was hopeful that they would help me navigate the complex immigration process, but unfortunately, the lack of communication has made the entire experience stressful and difficult.

I understand that immigration cases can take time, but the complete absence of updates or responses to my inquiries is unacceptable. I tried reaching out multiple times via phone only to be met with silence or vague responses that don't answer my questions. There is moments when I feel completely in the dark about the status of my case, which only adds to my anxiety.

When I did finally manage to get in touch, it was clear that the office was either disorganized or simply didn’t prioritize my case. I am constantly given the impression that I am just another number and that my concerns are not worth addressing in a timely manner.

Good communication is crucial in these types of situations, and this office completely failed in that regard. It’s a shame, as the legal team may be knowledgeable, but without proper communication, it’s impossible to trust them with something as important as an immigration case! And with my review they might say they couldn’t do anything and i lose my money and time!
