Adam was amazing! We bought a property in Surprise to project on. We were told the City was hard to get approvals from and we should get counsel to help with the process. We hired Adam Baugh. One of the best decisions we have made. The City was hard and twice proposed things that would have killed our project. Both times Adam was able to save the project. I highly recommend him for land use approvals.
