This is an excellent firm and I deeply respect Counselor Winston for his knowledge of the law but especially the sincere care and empathy he has for his clients. As a fellow Attorney, I highly recommend his advice and direction.

He held on to my case for two years sending me to his friend to get help. I told i had insurance of my own, he said the other party would cover the cost once the case was won. He dropped my case with less than a year left to find another attorney. No will take it this late. Know all his friends are taking me to court. Worse liar in the business.

Took a week just to get a word in with “some old guy” (because that’s who he is these days) who doesn’t actually care to listen to you, will call you thirty minutes after your appointment schedule. I never knew someone could actually be late to a phone call until now, and also he seems to just asks the same few questions for every case for a base, but again, doesn’t have the will or capability, one of the two, to actually figure out what’s going on and how to represent you. Heinously unprofessional.
