I don’t really write reviews but I needed to in this case in case anyone out there is looking for an exceptional attorney. I was very hesitant at first as all this was extremely new to me but I decided to give it a go. He specializes in personal injury and really knows his stuff. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive and attentive to all of my questions, even after hours. Dealing with insurance can be such a pain and can also prolong the process which he knew worried me because I needed a working car soon after I had completed my physical therapies I was not seeing any progress from the other insurance company BUT he worked tirelessly and kept reaching out to them as many times as it took to ensure I got a fair settlement, and while I made a mistake that ultimately impacted the amount, he explained everything clearly and showed me how things could have gone differently if I hadn't made that error. I was rear ended near Irvine in November 2023. It was the first time I’d been in a car accident, so I wasn’t very sure how to address this newly stressful situation. Fortunately a family friend recommended Win Nguyen Law.
Jim and his team helped me get treatment and dealt with insurance so I didn’t have to. They were very transparent about the process and patient in answering my questions.
When the insurance gave me a bad offer Jim advised next steps and negotiated for what he knew my case was worth. Without his advisement, I would have considered it a good offer.
The entire process took many months, but Jim and his team were there every step of the way. I can earnestly say it was worth the wait, bc we ended up getting a larger settlement!
What I appreciate most is that I felt like I had a friend to guide me through a difficult process. I really got to leverage all of Jim’s knowledge and experience to make informed choices.
