His response is incorrect, I don't know anything about an elderly person or anything about storming out cussing.
I came to this attorney over a custody matter and all he wanted to focus on was me being a medical Marijuana patient and was rather rude while speaking with him.
I didn't have my custody papers with me and he didn't seem interested in helping due to the Marijuana issue......I did leave his office but it was without any cussing.

I've retained at least a dozen attorneys in my 60+ years. Brad rates dead last in that list. And the next best isn't even a close race. 3 times I showed up at his office for a meeting at Brad's request. He then canceled these meetings from the lobby almost as though he forgot about them. No text or call, just suddenly cancelled them when I already arrived on time. I wrote Brad a $3500 retainer at least a month in advance of any possible trial date. Brad ignored nearly all of the evidence I had sent to him. He didn't look at it and then put it asside, he never even looked at it in the first place! Finally, on the day before the trial, Brad decided to cram and make a weak attempt at prepping me with answers - for less than an hour.
Please... Do not retain this law office. There are at least three others within walking distance to Brad's office. Go to any of those instead!
