WILLIAM NEELY IS THE WORST LAWYER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY 40 YEARS OF BEING ALIVE he is not for his clients he is a plea lawyer and I have seen some bad lawyers in my life time but I have never seen them this bad he is for common wealth 1000% on your dime though he dogs out his clients to them and pushes you to accept pleas that are the worst he does not fight for you AT ALL DONT believe me send me a email and I will send proof of what he did it was the most disgraceful thing I’ve ever seen in my life his license should be taken and he should be ashamed of his self when you go to him he gives you hope tells you he can get it taken care of when whole time he does nothing more than helps commonwealth God has a special place for him all I’m saying if you want a real lawyer who’s actually going to fight for you who’s going to work for you do your research find someone who’s down to give you the fight you deserve because I PROMISE YOU ITS NOT HIM!!!! smdh worst mistake we have ever made all because he is a friend of a friend I knew better and wish I would have went with my gut

Rude when i spoke on the phone with him and then went on to say he didn't believe me that my lawyer wouldn't get back in contact with me for several months… if you are so confident in that why don't you get me in contact with him then since yall are all buddy buddy.all these lawyers are just privileged white men so im not really surprised.

The best local attorney..! Mr. Neely is your best option for legal representation. He is assertive and not afraid to be aggressive but calm and very professional when arguing about your case with the Honorable Judge or the Commonwealth Attorney.! Great attitude and always personally available on the cellphone or text and ready to work.!
He advised me of the worse outcome and the best one as well. We pleaded “straight up” to the honorable judge. He perfectly pleaded my case to the judge and argued the CA’s outdated comments and arguments about my old charges and Mr. Neely was able to reduce my felony gun charge to a misdemeanor and a weekend in the resort. It was a complicated case with similar old charges in California. In this instance the good outcome was to our favor and I’m very please with Mr. Neely’s outstanding arguments and recommend him personally as a local business owner that I am.! Real good and well known representation as well as affordable with the same or better outcomes I’d say than the others.! Don’t hesitate and call.!

I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel morally required to now based on Mr Neely's efforts, going above and beyond. I won't comment too much on his knowledge of the law, because that should be evident. I want to take time to acknowledge Mr Neely's extreme dedication to personal aspects often overlooked by council. Mr Neely was always there to communicate with me, and my family, and went out of his way to be supportive and direct. From my initial free consultation to the final resolution that someone was in my corner. Mr Neely showed me over and over that I never had to wonder if I was being taken care of. If you need a friend in court, Mr Neely is the friend you need.

If I could give him more than five stars I would. Mr. Neely took an extremely stressful situation and put me at ease from day one. His knowledge of the law is unparalleled and he always had the answer to everything I asked. He is direct and blunt but also very caring and attentive. He is always just a phone call or text away(even after hours). I could not have ask for a better attorney to represent me.
