This is one of the most unprofessional groups of people we've worked with. My husband found out he had a bill that went to collections, apparently it happened during a time when we were moving and the bill slipped through the cracks. He called today wanting to pay his debt off and requesting that the account be removed from his credit report since we were not properly notified of the debt and was told they would not remove it. He was speaking to a manager named Frank who went on to berate him asking "how do you know to pay your rent each month, you don't get a bill for that?" And Frank was the third employee who spoke to him that way today!!! If you want your customers to be treated with dignity and respect DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are uneducated bullies.

We have been in a long, very difficult dispute. This is the worst, morally corrupt company that I have ever had to deal with. Reps that we've spoken to with this company have gone as far as insulting me and my family. We were able to get some attention from the original creditor and they are trying to help at this point - however, the original creditor no longer even works with this company, which complicates the situation even further. I am not even sure what this company is trying to accomplish with our situation at this point - they really just seem to be determined to ruin good, hard working people's lives.

This is the most unprofessional and flat out rude company I have had dealings with in my entire life. I'm selling my house and the title company found debt from someone with my same name that is held by this collections agency. All I need to do with them is give permission for them to talk to the title company and clear my name. I've been hung up on four times by a man named Rick. Cathy was more helpful but still hasn't solved the issue. Now I'm told I have to fax over documents to give them the right to access my account THAT DOESNT EVEN EXIST BECAUSE ITS NOT MY ACCOUNT!

This company was listed on my credit report after I filed bankruptcy and they refused to remove the debt after the discharge notice. I called and first they acted like I couldn't be verified as myself after I answered questions and gave them all of my information.
Then they said they couldn't find anything under my social security number. I ended the call and called back. Went through all the questions again and this time they said they saw the debt but were no longer in charge of it even though their name and phone number are listed on the credit report. Then I was given a phone number that was disconnected and told that was who was "in charge of the debt now".
Expect to be treated poorly by whoever you talk to because everyone I spoke with was extremely rude. They are not helpful at all and will talk to you with a snotty attitude.

The debt was my own fault, so I can't be mad at them for their inability to be flexible. The woman, Amber that I worked with has been very helpful and transparent. No one likes dealing with debt collectors, but I have no valid reason to complain.

These are the WORST people to work with. They are rude and stuck up. I am currently making payments, but they want more $$ a month. I am doing what I can yet some lady called me today asking for more money. She said if I don't pay more they will SUE ME.... They are very uneducated bullies..........

Horrible! They were rude and we didn't even know this existed. They never sent a notice, it wasn't on my credit report nothing. Wouldn't even work with us or anything. This showed up when buying a home after 5 years of interest over 700 in interest when they NEVER sent a notice.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely unprofessional company who had inaccurate information. Not the company I would use to work with my clients/patients, would give a bad reputation.
