Wes Dodge was an awesome lawyer he got me and my husband everything we wanted and always got back to me right away if I asked questions. He did not bill me every time I emailed him like most lawyers do and I emailed him a lot! My daughter was adopted which was well proven by Wes Dodge and he knew his stuff! He was very thorough too! People need to understand the court system isn’t fun so for anyone that gives negative reviews I find that very sad and immature that you go online and make someone look bad and try and ruin your name. Wes was also able to give my friend what she wanted as well with her adoption! Five Stars

We originally hired Wes to help with our case. He was aware of the details prior to us hiring him. Our case has been going on almost a year and a half and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has gotten accomplished. We have asked him multiple times in phone calls and emails to file certain orders he would agree and NEVER did it. We went to another attorney just to get info on our case and another attorney agreed Wes was not doing the steps he needed to do and also said he’s lazy. They were confused as well as to why things were not getting filed. All he does is charge for phone calls and emails and nothing gets done. He said this actually in a phone call to me that “this is how he makes a living is off of phone calls and emails”. He’s extremely lazy. He’s a family attorney who is experienced in custody for 20 plus years and we are in a custody case right now. His words are attorneys are like “doctors and can give you different diagnosis” Just because he doesn’t want to do his job when he’s a family law attorney. It’s not like our case is for real estate. My wife had a meeting with him and opposing council and he just sits there. Do not go to this guy he’s a scam. We gave him chance after chance and were nice up until the past month of getting extremely frustrated for continuing to pay for nothing getting accomplished. My wife was abused by defendant in the case and the bio dad of my step son has never been in his life at all and Wesley doesn’t have any sympathy for an abuse victim with PTSD or a four year who has been abused as well and has a counselor recommendation that needed to be filed with the court but he never did. Save your money and go to someone who actually does their job.

In two years he did very little. He wouldn’t return my calls for weeks then he would bill me for it. He’s your typical lawyer. Don’t use him ,he will take your money and try to make you feel stupid. My case is very easy and he just didn’t do a good job. Now 2 years later still married and out 1500.
