Raya is an angel. We called her the day before we did a small ceremony in the ICU where my mom was staying, so she had the chance to be a part of our day before she passed. And I was only able to confirm everything the day of. And Raya was so kind, and patient, and flexible. She was extremely helpful the day of as well cause we had no idea what we were doing, but she made it so much easier. I can’t thank her enough for her help.
