Horrible service, horrible communication. They shouldn't speak for Archer Systems, the financial settlement company. Twice now, W&G have told us Camp fire claimants lies about our past two disbursements. We were told that Archer would have our last check to us "by 7/5/24", Archer knew nothing about that when I called them. I didn't receive until mid October. And now we're still waiting for the 4% disbursement that W&G said we would be receiving by Thanksgiving (this was reported on Action News) and we are still waiting and Archer systems hasn't even processed our payment yet. Bunch of liars! Don't speak for another company unless you have facts

I have been trying to get ahold of them for months now and my attorney haven't even gotten back to me. I’ve tried contacting them and still no response. My mother passed away in 2019 because of the distress and also misplaced because she didn’t have a home to go to. She was a fire victim and now they are saying we have to go through a probate and still haven’t gotten any answers. We haven’t received any payments from the money for our mother. They are very horrible on their communication and letting the people know what’s going on. It’s been years since me and my sister have been handling my mother case and they have all the information they need. I’ve tried calling and emailing and still nothing. I don’t know what I should do.

We have been provided terrible service. The law firm does not act promptly or personally. The case has been dragged on and costs more than ever expected. Do not hire this law firm. They are not going to fight for your best interest.

Never hire this firm!!! They should be investigated for fraud. Does not return calls.. keep fire victims funds to earn interest money for themselves..so awful dealing with Watts & Guerra

Very very disappointed in this firm. They handled my case for the Camp Fire Victims Trust. The last phone call I had with them, they were still misunderstanding my case, and I decided to make an appeal to make sure all the facts were considered by the Trust. I received no response from the paralegal Cindy Wilson, or my case manager Brandy, for the three months before that final determination. I have no idea what they submitted, or why my initial concerns with the Determination were never addressed. This was after they misinterpreted the compensation requirements so badly for my case, that I would have received 3k instead of the final amount, 30k, until I busted down their doors to get them to fix the errors. Horrible communication. I was guilted by my case manager every time I reached out to her, and blamed for all my own confusion and concerns. If they were kind to me and keeping me informed throughout the process, my review would be different even though i didnt recieve fair compensation in the end.

Horrible communication and practically make it impossible to reach them when you need to talk to someone. Would highly recommend avoiding this money grabbing firm which also charges more compared to other legal firms. AVOID this law firm !

Hired them for the campfire lawsuit , they are non responsive , did not represent me or anyone else proper, and worst of all, overlooked my children, and my children get nothing ... No emails, texts, or phone calls,

They did keep us notice along the way I do appreciate this but I'm set with the 4% I still haven't got my notice to verify my social security number and I'm just upset
