Danielle at Wasatch Peaks has been the most helpful loan officer I have dealt with. I am a new member at Wasatch Peaks and she took such great care of me and I was able to get my dream car at a very low and affordable interest rate. She has since helped me get into another vehicle I needed as a daily driver. I recommend everyone I know of to become a member there. The entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. Very polite.

Wasatch Peaks has been my credit union for over 13 years now. Absolutely the best decision I made when I joined. I've always been treated like a member they truly care about, plus they always have the best interest rates on loans!! Their Peaks Perks checking is amazing. Where else can you get paid for using your debit card and also have your ATM fees refunded? If you're looking for a new place to put your money, look no further.

Generally the people, products and services are good at the credit union. Recently a change to the Wasatch Peaks mobile banking services and app was instituted. One word description - PAINFUL. Communications were made, but inadequate and not able to check deposits and so much more at this time. Why? The old app that worked for me was disabled. To get information I get to wait in queue with 60+ others (maybe not happy with the mobile app switch?) so effectively I am blind. Very uncomfortable. Maybe time to move on?

This branch is incredible. The manager (Jake) is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with in any banking situation. It feels like he makes your problems his own and works very hard to solve them for members. You can ask for better, but I’m not sure you’ll find it.

I was rushing from work to deposit some money I called them at 5:55 and told them I would be there right at 6 and she told me she would wait for me. I pulled in at 6:01 and they were all locked up and gone. Low blow guys
