When we needed help pursuing our son’s social security claim, we reached out to several well advertised Social Security Attorneys to only be turned away, being told that our son’s claim was very difficult and not likely to be won. We were left very disheartened. Then someone recommended Randy Walton. I went to his website, filled out the form to schedule a free consultation and within a very short time I received a call from Randy Walton. He personally called me back. Not like with other attorneys that would have a staff member to handle the call and I may or may not get to speak with the attorney. What can I say about Attorney Randy Walton, but that he did an awesome job preparing for my disability case and winning my case for me. I was very impressed with how he made me feel stress free during the preparation for my case and how he would always returned all my calls and text messages very quickly. It made me feel good that he is the type of person who made time for me in answering all of my questions. One big note I would like to make is that I presented Attorney Walton with a pretty difficult case to work on, because my Social Security Disability insurance had expired in 2019 (three years prior to me filing for disability in 2022), which left him very little room to pursue my case with the court. However, he was able to use his expertise in organizing all of my medical documents from 2013 to 2019 and present it in such a manner that the judge ruled in my favor without us having to personally appear in court. I would say that Attorney Walton went above and beyond in making sure that I had the best chance at winning my disability case. Randy is the most upfront lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest with what is could and couldn’t do for me.
