I was injured while proudly serving our country. As I got older unfortunately other health issues developed. I tried to get my State Disability and was denied. As years passed, I tried again and once again I was denied until God ordered my steps and put Mr. Randy Walton in my path. When we first met I knew in my heart he was the lawyer for me. His kindness and gentle spirit told me he cared about me as a person. He listened and was very professional. Returned ALL of my calls immediately. Kept me informed every step of the way. When we needed help pursuing our son’s social security claim, we reached out to several well advertised Social Security Attorneys to
only be turned away, being told that our son’s claim was very difficult and not likely to be won. We were left very disheartened. Then someone recommended Randy Walton.
I went to his website, filled out the form to schedule a free consultation and within a very short time I received a call from Randy Walton. He personally called me back. Not like with other attorneys that would have a staff member to handle the call and I may or may not get to speak with the attorney.
After the initial call, Randy arranged a meeting with my son and I.
In that meeting it was clear of his focus, compassionate, and interest in helping us pursue our son’s disability claim. While he let us know that it was a difficult case, he also let us know that it was doable. We felt hopeful, and from the first time we met him, we knew we had the right person working our son’s Social Security claim.
Throughout the process Randy explained each step and always kept us informed. He was easy to contact. If we would leave a message, he always returned our calls the same day. Yes, it was a difficult case and when it came time for the hearing, Randy prepared our son well and had him feeling comfortable.
When other attorneys were saying our son’s case was not likely to be won, Randy Walton said different. He won the case for our son. What can I say about Attorney Randy Walton, but that he did an awesome job preparing for my disability case and winning my case for me. I was very impressed with how he made me feel stress free during the preparation for my case and how he would always returned all my calls and text messages very quickly. It made me feel good that he is the type of person who made time for me in answering all of my questions. One big note I would like to make is that I presented Attorney Walton with a pretty difficult case to work on, because my Social Security Disability insurance had expired in 2019 (three years prior to me filing for disability in 2022), which left him very little room to pursue my case with the court. However, he was able to use his expertise in organizing all of my medical documents from 2013 to 2019 and present it in such a manner that the judge ruled in my favor without us having to personally appear in court. I would say that Attorney Walton went above and beyond in making sure that I had the best chance at winning my disability case. I can't thank him enough for the hard work and dedication he put into my case. I would definitely recommend him to be your attorney if you are looking for someone who is very well qualified to win your disability case. Thank you again Attorney Walton for helping me not only win my case, but to receive the back pay that I was due.

Randy is the most upfront lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest with what is could and couldn’t do for me. He was always prompt with informing me as he received information to verify I had also received it. When I had a question he replied the same day even after hours.
