As a single mother, I sought professional help to create a Will for peace of mind, ensuring my child’s future is protected. Unfortunately, my experience with this estate planning service has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I paid in full upfront, expecting efficiency and accuracy, but what I received was a series of delays and errors. It has taken six months to get the Will finalized, far beyond the promised timeline. To make matters worse, the first draft of the document contained glaring mistakes, such as referring to a “husband” when I am a single mother. Despite clearly explaining my family situation from the start, this error was not caught until I reviewed the draft myself.

Communication was slow and responses were often unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a client. After multiple attempts to get the necessary corrections made, the process felt like a never-ending cycle of frustration.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to detail. As a single mother, ensuring that my Will is clear and accurate is crucial. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the professionalism or respect I expected from a service meant to provide peace of mind. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially to those in similar situations who need their documents done correctly and promptly.
