If there were negative stars...they'd get negative stars to INFINITY. They sent me a letter with phone appointment date. I waited by the phone, no call. I call the number, leave a message, no return call. Following week I get a letter saying I HAD MISSED APPOINTMENT. I call again. Mailbox is full. I call again. Mailbox is full. Get a letter from them yesterday saying I had been denied food stamps (that I didn't apply for) and that my case was closed because I FAILED TO KEEP APPLICATION appointment. I simply hate that one dollar of my tax money is going to pay J MANIGUALT'S salary. Great going Brian Kemp for making health insurance harder to get. The federal marketplace was just fine.

No one answers the phone, no one returns phone calls, and somehow without fail your case will get messed up every time. If you don't have a case you will get one and then it will mess up your insurance that you pay for. Do they care, nope and neither does the officials we elected into office apparently. This entire organization is a joke at this point.

I was just there for fingerprints. My daughter and daughter in law are doing foster care and I will be helping out with the children, so I had to be on file with defacs.

This place is absolutely horrible! They cut my benefits off so I redid them I had them for 2 months before cutting them off again. Reason was I made to much when I lost my job and not working at the moment it’s so frustrating. Can’t get ahold of anyone doesn’t matter how many times I call.

I filled out for food stamps 11/18 22
Got a interview on phone told me all the paperwork I had to send in on the web site now 3 weeks still waiting called 4 time . Can't get anyone call back with in 24 hrs . I think they better start doing there jobs it a bunch of bull I am going g to call congress men for the state rep and start complaining for Georgia

As I am assisting someone with their case I receive a phone call from a worker who is outright awful to me and just treated me as a 0. As I tried to ask a question I was spoken over and was bullied. I am forging a full complaint against this person in your office. I will not just complain to Walker county or Catoosa County GA office but I will call my Government office. This is totally uncalled for. If your people are so overwhelmed by their lack of humanity they do not need their jobs. Give them to the people who want to take care of the community. Disrespectful behavior is totally unacceptable.

They no longer have to deal with the public like years ago and they still can’t keep up with their jobs. They never answer the phone or send out recert letters until after the fact. It makes me sick. People depend on their services but it’s hit or miss if you get them that’s because you literally have to go to the office IF they’re open and then that’s no promise.
