I 100% do recommend This lawyer and yes you may read the other reviews of folders on the floor and etc… but trust me they get the work done but The lawyer Rosana is very experienced & and she’ll fight and do the best to help you out with your paperwork. There might be a long wait that can go up to two hours or three but that’s due to the amount of people that are coming just to see Rosanna. So forget about how the place looks or the wait. Because this lawyer will honestly help you and be straightforward with you.

Zero starts. Bad service of reception staff, they are not friendly. The wait was forever... 3 hours waiting to be attended and when I asked what was the reason for it, the man at the front desk answered me in a bad way. They should receive customer service classes tho.

Honestly I came here by a recommendation from a famiy friend, but this place is completely out of line, office staff is the worst (Mario) . One the clients are out of the office they start talking about them...It seems like a child care place. The office is very disorganized files all around the floor.

Worst experience ever the staff is RUDE and condescending…I wasted my money and time they overcharged me and my mother and didn’t complete their job, we took every step they asked of us and they kept giving us the run around each time we had a question about something, and when we would book an appointment they had us waiting for hours! if you have loved ones going to consult… please please please look for help elsewhere.

If I can give a 0 star I’ll do it. Don’t come with this lawyer she always ask for money even if you already paid everything. She ask for $500 for every court that you have outside of the thing that you already paid, there is a long line you should spent all day if you want to talk to her. You will never going to talk with her if you want because she never answers you.
